
AES Visual & Media Campaign:
Project Overview
Project Summary:
I design the visual identity for AES events and make share-ready assets for print and social. Core events for this case study: Mixing Competition, Movie Night, Internship Night, Open Recording Session (poster + short video), and Exam Study Night. Each event gets a fast, clear poster and—when useful—a 15–60s video.
Role & Duration:
Vice President & Designer
I plan the look, write copy with officers, design all sizes, export files, and post. I also shoot and edit short videos. Timeframe: Sept 2023 – present.
Concep t & Goals
Make AES look unified across many events and platforms. The design should feel like audio: bold, readable, and easy to share. Turnaround is often short, so the system must be fast.
● One clear visual language (type, color, layout, audio symbols).
● All assets pass legibility and accessibility checks.
